Our Return Policy
Garlic is perishable and can be damaged if improperly handled or stored. With every order, we provide instructions for proper planting, handling and storage. Failure to inspect your order upon receipt, to follow the instructions for storage or poor farming practices will void our guarantee. Good crops depend on weather, soil and good farming practices. Because we cannot control these conditions, our liability is limited (at our discretion) to the refund of the purchase price or replacement of the garlic or product. If the product or garlic is unsound or defective when you receive it, we must be notified within 2 days of receipt of the order to qualify for a refund or replacement. When you purchase our products, you are accepting these conditions and limitations.

With your purchase, you are reserving your garlic with your payment for fall shipping. We start filling orders in mid-late August after the garlic has cured and fill orders on a first come, first served basis. The shipping cost is determined by the size of your order and your location. We ship primarily Priority Mail via US Postal Service.
* United States orders placed online of more than 25 lbs. or $300 include Free Shipping!
* Contact us directly for bulk rate pricing when placing an order of 50 lbs. or greater.
*We currently do not ship over seas or to Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship to certain counties in Idaho and the state of Washington due to state regulations. Those counties unavailable for shipping include:
Washington State - Adams, Benton, Franklin, and Grant County.
Idaho - Ada, Bingham, Blaine, Boise, Bonneville, Canyon, Cassia, Elmore, Gem, Gooding, Jefferson, Jerome, Lincoln, Madison, Minidoka, Owyhee, Payette, Power, Twin Falls, and Washington.
